Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the Terms) form a binding agreement between you and Expected 11 OÜ (Expected 11, we, us, or our), a company based in Tallinn, Estonia. By accessing or using Expected 11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our operations, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts and Security

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, to keep it updated, and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse. You may not share, transfer, lease, or sell your account or credentials.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Some Services are available only on a paid basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, including Paddle where applicable, to charge the fees and applicable taxes for your selected plan.

If we offer a free trial, the trial will convert automatically into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will keep access to the paid Services until that period ends unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We may change pricing, plan structure, or feature access at any time. Any price change will apply no earlier than the next billing cycle after notice, except where immediate changes are required by law, taxes, third-party fees, or anti-fraud requirements.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date for the applicable purchase or subscription renewal.

Refund requests should be submitted through the payment method or billing channel provided at checkout. Where Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are handled through Paddle's buyer support and payment flows.

If a refund is issued, access to any paid Services covered by that refund may be suspended or terminated.

This refund policy operates alongside any mandatory legal rights that apply to your purchase.

7. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your own internal, personal use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or any output from them;
• build, enrich, train, or maintain a competing database, archive, dataset, or model using our content or derived data;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, index, mirror, or collect content from the Services using automated means;
• use the Services or any output from them to train AI, machine learning, or automated decision systems without our prior written consent;
• remove, hide, alter, or bypass proprietary notices, attribution requirements, access controls, rate limits, paywalls, or security features; or
• share screenshots, excerpts, or summaries in a misleading way, or in a way that implies official team confirmation where our content is predictive.

8. Nature of the Services

Expected 11 provides predictive and informational football content, including projected lineups, player availability assessments, match context, and broader football intelligence. Our content is opinionated and probabilistic by nature. It is not official team news, not guaranteed to be accurate, and may change quickly based on new information.

You acknowledge that our predictions, analysis, and related outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional advice, not investment advice, and not betting advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on our Services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, layouts, data compilations, predictions, rankings, visualizations, trademarks, service marks, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Expected 11 and are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license expressly granted in these Terms.

10. User Content and Feedback

If you submit content, comments, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and otherwise exploit that material for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

We may remove, refuse, or moderate submitted content at our sole discretion and without notice.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• abuse free usage limits, gated features, or account systems through technical workarounds or multiple-account schemes;
• misrepresent our predictions as confirmed, official, or endorsed by clubs, leagues, players, or governing bodies; or
• harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or otherwise harm other users or third parties.

12. Third-Party Services and Providers

The Services may rely on, integrate with, or link to third-party platforms, identity providers, payment processors, analytics tools, sports data suppliers, and external websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, or conduct. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Availability and Service Changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, content set, route, plan, or portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error-free operation. Access may be affected by maintenance, security responses, third-party outages, data-source issues, or product changes.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. We do not warrant that predictions, football intelligence, or related outputs will be complete, reliable, current, or suitable for your needs.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expected 11 OÜ and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, opportunities, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) EUR 100.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Expected 11 OÜ and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for the Services or other users, or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, any license granted to you under these Terms ends immediately.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
